Within the practice there are three Osteopaths:
Francesca Murphy née Watts concentrates on biomechanical problems and sports injuries. Having been a keen sports person herself she understands the importance of staying fit and healthy and getting back to exercise as soon as possible.
Using Osteopathy as a main discipline but also Dry Needling (a form of acupuncture) to work with the body for maximum recovery and ultrasound for sports injuries. Postural related problems such as pain when driving or sitting too long and standing too long, discomfort when walking and even when sleeping, repetitive strain injuries are also usually easily rectified. These are a few common problems that are encountered every day in practice.
Neck & Back problems
Nicola Fellows née Dorling concentrates on biomechanical problems and sports injuries. Having been a keen sports person herself she understands the importance of staying fit and healthy and getting back to exercise as soon as possible.
Caroline Jack uses a broad spectrum of treatments from cranial to manipulation and dry needling.
Sports Injury & Maintenance
Nicola Elliott is a Sports and Therapeutic Masseus who is also trained as a fitness instructor and is currently undergoing a degree in nutrition. Nicola tailors her massage to suit the client thus using deep soft tissue massage to relieve ‘knots’ and therapeutic massage for relaxation and stress relief.
Counselling
Jay Ford née Brown works with adults and children to provide counselling for the individual or whole family.
Herbal Medicine
Lynda Jones now provides herbal medicine for a multitude of ailments such as:
psoriasis, eczema, asthma, IBS, stress anxiety, thyroid problems to name but a few.
